Here at The CTRL Pad we take cleanliness and hygiene extremely serious.

As such will continue to ensure all guests and staff are safe and comfortable, that means we will continue to wear masks and will support your right to wear a mask or not.

We have installed sanitiser stations at the entrance and exit, we clean every console after every use. The whole area is cleaned hourly throughout the day.

Guidelines published by the government sets out the steps organisations in certain sectors
should take to collect details and maintain records of staff, customers and visitors on their premises to support NHS Test and Trace.
These establishments include but are not limited to; pubs, bars, restaurants, cafés, cinemas, hairdressers, barbershops and of course The CTRL Pad.
The steps outlined include:
 Collecting the names, and phone numbers of all staff working at the premises, as well as the date and time they worked
 Making a record of the name and contact phone number of any customers or visitors, or if it is a group of people, the name of the lead member of the group, who is able to contact other members of the group, and the number of people in the group
 Recording the date, arrival and departure time of all visitors or visiting groups
 Storing the information for 21 days, after which should be safely deleted
