Terms and Conditions

Members are provided with a membership card good for the duration of their prepaid subscription. Replacement of a lost card costs £1. Players can pay for as many months in advance as they wish.

Game time from memberships is redeemable only for the owner of the membership or a family member named as the beneficiary of the membership. Only one player may use the membership at one time.

Minors under 16 years of age may not be the sole owner of a membership but may be the listed beneficiary of a member.

Members are not guaranteed use of any particular console, but need to contact us in advance if looking to reserve a specific system, subject to availability.

Members are still subject to the same rules as other players. If a member is asked to leave the premises for any reason, they will not be able to receive a refund on any amount of their membership fees.

Memberships at The CTRL Pad are a new system and prices are subject to change. Members will be notified of any changes and be given the option to opt out without being charged.
